Odd Phone Link Behavior with iPhone

This has happened 3 times so it’s not a fluke. My iPhone connects easily to Phone Link on my Surface 11 and it works just fine. However, it’s almost as if Phone Link takes over Bluetooth exclusively. Once it is connected I cannot connect to any of my Bluetooth headphones, be they from Apple, Sennheiser, Final, Grado or others. To get them to work normally I have to disconnect from Phone Link and then reboot the phone. Odd!!
